Christmas 2008

It’s Christmas Eve in the Prosser household and just about everything that needs to have been done has been done. The Vegetables are prepared for lunch tomorrow and the Turkey is about to be stuffed (poor thing). The Christmas ham is gently resting in its hot and spicy jerk marinade (thanks Jamie Oliver) and will be cooked later this afternoon. The drinks cupboard is bulging with all those things that you can enjoy without the sense of guilt that occurs at other times of the year.
